Went to select the flat ytd with momma and papa. I wanted 105 cause it was facing th sea and surely it'll fetch us a handsome price next time if we wanna sell. But one big con about it is that it's facing th west, meaning that in th afternoon th whole house will be freaking hot.

In th end we bought 103, at the 21st storey, where we can see th sea (abit) and plus the whole scenary of the city area.
