and at the same time, feelings of hurt, remorse, hatred surged to my heart almost at once.

Napfa 5 items tday was pretty alright I think. I've got 30 gold (again, since P4? when I was a chinese orchestra member in pri sch) I think my pull ups suckeddd. I wanted to stop after 17counts cause it's an A alrdy, but the tcher forbade me to stop ): haha first time in my 7 years of Napfa had I met such a tcher. Usually they allow you to stop when you want to.
Because of her, I did 23 this year instead of the usual 17 to hit the minimum reuirement for A haha :D

Rachel is immortal okay, she did SIXTY TWO pullups in ONE MINUTE, with short breaks in between mind you.

I'm proud of my standing board jump and situps! Improvements from last yr's!
I think I did not hit the 2m mark for sbj but I managed to break my personal best this yr hurrah! and situps I did 50 in 1 min cause I realised there is still much time left after I've completed 33 for A.

ANDDDD OMGGOSH I CANT BELIEVE IM SO FLEXIBLE I DID 51CM FOR THE SIT AND REACH AHHA 3CM LESSER THAN JESSICA :D

darn it. my guzheng skills are going downhill now ):
Im learning to use 2 fingers to pluck so everytime before I practise guzheng I got to spend 10minutes strapping the fake nails to my 10fingers whereas previously I only need to strap 5 fingers only ):
and then at the end of it have to use another 10minutes to take it off.
